South County Cats offer promotion

South County Cats, an all-volunteer spay/neuter assistance organization, has received a grant from the Washington Federation of Animal Care and Control Agencies to spay or neuter 100 cats for Spay Day 2010.

South County Cats, an all-volunteer spay/neuter assistance organization, has received a grant from the Washington Federation of Animal Care and Control Agencies to spay or neuter 100 cats for Spay Day 2010.

The promotion, which is available to cat owners in South King County, runs from Feb. 1-March 31.

Female cats are $20 (co-pay) and male cats are $10 (co-pay). There is a limit of two cats per household. Kittens must be 5 months or older and female cats must not be in heat or pregnant. (Please visit www.feralcatproject.org for information on low-cost spay/neuter for these cats.)
