April 26

Aid call: 8:26 a.m., (Lea Hill). Valley Com dispatched firefighters to help a sick man at Wesley Homes. Firefighters examined the man, provided basic life support, and a private ambulance bore him off to Valley Medical Center.

April 27

Aid call: 11:19 a.m., (Algona). Firefighters examined and treated a girl for abdominal pain; then, a private ambulance brought the girl to Auburn Regional Medical Center for further treatment.

April 28

Aid call: 1:45 p.m., (Auburn). Firefighters and King County paramedics evaluated and treated a middle-aged man complaining of chest pain; then, Medic-6 transported him to ARMC.

Aid call: 7:55 p.m., (Auburn). Firefighters responding to a burn victim found a man with burns to his left thigh. The man had been smoking in the bathroom when he caught himself on fire. Firefighters treated the man and transported him to ARMC.

April 30

Aid call: 11:36 a.m., (Pacific). Firefighters responded for a man with decreased sensation in his lower legs, treated him, and a private ambulance carried him off to Saint Francis Hospital.

Illegal burn: 4:59 p.m., (Auburn). Firefighters responding to a report of an illegal burn found a local resident attending a small yard waste fire Firefighters helped the resident kill the fire and educated said resident on burning regulations.

May 2

Aid call: 1:20 p.m., (Pacific). Firefighters responding to reports of a young man with burns worked with King County paramedics to treat the youth at the scene; then, King County Medics transported him to Harborview Medical Center.
