Beatrice C. Taylor

Beatrice C. Taylor died September 24, 2010 in Auburn, Washington at the age of 93. Beatrice was born in Rochester, New York, the daughter of John and Harriet (Chase) Cattanach. A graduate of the Highland Hospital School of Nursing in Rochester, she practiced public health and school nursing until retirement. She and her husband Carlton, who preceded her in death, lived for many years in Lake Luzerne, NY. She was an active member of the Adirondack Regional Hospital Auxiliary, and a volunteer at the Hadley-Luzerne Public Library. She enjoyed crafts and her many friends. Beatrice moved to Auburn, Washington in 2003, and was active at the Auburn Senior Center. She is survived by son John of Lake Luzerne, daughter Mary and son-in-law William Bush of Auburn, grandchildren William Carlton Sickert-Bush and wife Krista of Arlington, Virginia; Gabriel John Bush and wife Desiree of Edgewood Washington; and Carley Elizabeth and husband Dustin Collins of Peoria, AZ.
