Dennis Cedric Matheson McCarr was born on June 30, 1977, in Auburn, Washington. He spent a majority of his life in Auburn, where he continued to spend every summer, selling his fireworks for his birthday season.

Dennis was loved by many and became friends with people easily and often. He relished the “hustle” and was quite the businessman. He loved to spend time with his Uncle Sonny, discussing business opportunities and working on cars or other projects. Dennis enjoyed riding his RZR, driving his boat, hanging out at “The Property” with his friends, bullshitting with everyone and, of course, anything to do with fireworks.

Dennis passed away August 15, 2021, in Olympia, Washington. He is survived by his mother, Gloria “Chickie” McCarr; uncle, Adrian “Sonny” McCarr; sister, Angie McCarr; and fiancé, Tracy Bray.

Services will be held on August 27, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Auburn, Washington, with interment services on September 10, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Burial Park in Kent, Washington.
