Helen R. Gordon, 87, passed away on September 28, 2008 in Auburn, WA. She was born on August 18, 1921 in Lonsdale, MN. Helen was married on July 3, 1941 to Parnell Gordon and has lived in Auburn for the last 20 years. She worked as a secretary at Boeing for over 20 years, retiring in 1975. Helen was a member of the Eagles and AARP and she received an award for her voluntary work with AARP. Helen enjoyed cards, especially bridge and liked to cook and bake. She is preceded in death by her husband, Parnell; mother, Rose; a sister and a brother-in-law. Helen is survived by her daughter; Cynthia (Larry) Doll of Auburn, 2 nieces; Roni & Tracy Greenwood of King County. No services will be held at Helen’s request.
