James M. Halverson

James M. Halverson, 71, passed away peacefully September 7, 2010. Born in Bellingham, WA he had been a longtime Auburn/Federal Way area resident. Jim worked as a very successful C.P.A. for many years. Preceded in death by his parents Gilbert and Evelyn. Survivors include his loving wife Betty of 49 years; son, Derek, Kirkland; daughter Linda (Richard) Oliveira, Auburn; sisters, Rhoda Fickel of Burlington and Janet Starkenberg (Sherm) of Ferndale; stepmother, Ann Halverson of Bellingham; grandsons, Nathan, Lucas and Connor. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.Graveside service will be held Thursday, September 16, 2010 10:30 A.M. at the Greenacres Memorial Park in Ferndale.
