Joseph Henry Freeman

Joseph was born in Auburn, WA.

March 17, 1948 and was called home to

be with the Lord after a courageous battle with cancer on November 9, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. in his Auburn home with wife Connie Freeman. Married 40 years and has one son Royce Glenn Freeman.

Joe graduated from Auburn High

School, then attended 4 years carpentry

school and finished in 2 years. While

attending school Joe went to work for

his Uncle Mark Hedman, and cousin

Ed Sellers building custom houses.

Joe and wife Connie started Freeman

Construction and Design in the 70s. At

the same time of owning a construction company Joe helped build

and worked at the All Family Bakery, Boutique, and Deli with

his wife Connie, son Royce Freeman, Father-in-law Roy Belcher,

Mother-in-law Audrey Belcher, Sister-in-law Joyce Sheffield, that

is now married to Jim Sheffield, and nephew Philip Xavier.

Joe loved to remodel and build custom homes. He liked to take

friends, family, and his cats to the cabin he built in Ellensburg, feed

the birds and chipmunks, go hunting, fishing, snowmobile riding,

skiing, also working in the garden with his niece Mackenzie Sheffield

growing 4lb. tomatoes and then at the end of the day gather

everyone around and cook them dinner.

We will celebrate Joe’s life and memory on November 22, 2008

at Grace Community Church 3:00 p.m. – 1320 Auburn. Way

South, Auburn, WA. 98002
