Ronald H. Beyersdorf, 79, passed away peacefully on May 9, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born on July 9, 1943, in Portland, Oregon to Rudolf and Virginia, and was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Janet. Ronnie is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Rosetta, son Kenny (Sarah), daughters Erika Moore and Amy Cole (Jason), five cherished grandchildren: Joey, Stella, Avery, Siena, and Vinny, and three fur grandbabies: Lola, Harvey and Kya, whom Ronnie adored. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Ronnie proudly served his country in the Army from 1962-1964. He was an active member of the Sons and Daughters of Italy, where he served as State Orator. Ronnie was also Board President of the White River Valley Museum in Auburn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Ronnie’s memory to the White River Valley Museum or Auburn Sons of Italy Scholarship Fund. Ronnie will be missed dearly by all who knew him. A funeral mass will be held on May 16 at 10:30 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Auburn followed by burial at Gethsemane Catholic Cemetery.
