Vincent A. Yeager

Vince Yeager died peacefully with family at his home in Auburn, WA on Saturday, June 12. Born in Portland, Oregon to Nellie and Harvey Yeager, he attended Gonzaga University graduating in 1938 with a BS in Engineering. He worked at Boeing Commercial Airplanes as an Engineering Manager and was active in the city government of Normandy Park, serving as Mayor 1988-1989. Vince is survived by his children James, Mark, Bruce and Laurie and two grandchildren, Bianca and Kelsey. Vince was predeceased by his beloved wife, Dorothy, who passed away in January of 2001 and his dear grandson, Trevor Vincent Yeager, who passed away in December, 2005. Funeral arrangements are being made through Marlatt Funeral Home for a service at Riverton Crest Cemetery on Monday, June 21.
