In the Auburn Reporter’s in-paper debate between Phil Fortunato and Lane Walthers, Walthers chooses to attack his opponent rather than discuss any of the many other issues he is weak on.

Phil in contrast spells out what we need to hear in order to make a sound decision for what is right for the 31st District.

Lane accuses Phil of “empty sound bites” while failing to provide any real substance in his answers. Walthers may be an “Independent Democrat” and not be a “career politician” but has nailed it on being empty in substance as the “Democrat Politicians.”
