KENNY KROTZER

AUBURN RIVERSIDE

• Grade: Junior

• Favorite class: Physics & AP language

• Accomplishment: Krotzer helped Auburn Riverside capture third place as a team at the Westside Classic 4A cross country meet with his fifth- place finish with a 16:05.3.

• Favorite movie: “Christmas Vacation”

• Most recent book read/author: “Once a Runner” by John L. Parker, Jr.

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would invite, and what would you serve?: Steve Prefontaine, spaghetti

• Also noted: Krotzer maintains a 4.0 GPA, and is the junior class president. He plays drums, bass and guitar and hopes to attend the University of Oregon to run track and cross country. He was 7th in state for 800 last year.

SHAWNA JORDAN

AUBURN

• Grade: Junior

• Sport: Diving

• Accomplishment: Jordan, last year’s Class 3A diving champ, won the West Central District diving title this past week with 374.10 points.

• Favorite class: Sports Medicine.

• Favorite Movie: “Titanic”

• Most recent book read/author: Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would invite, and what would you serve: Shawn Johnson! She is my favorite athlete, living my dream as an Olympic gymnast. I would take her any where with good steaks.

• Also noted: Retired gymnast and maintains a 3.8 GPA. Jordan aspires to be an orthopedic surgeon at Children’s Hospital and says she will go to any college that will offer a scholarship.

BROOKE BRAY

AUBURN RIVERSIDE

• Sport: Volleyball

• Accomplishment: Bray, a 6-1 middle hitter, notched 23 kills, 15 digs and four blocks in the Ravens’ regular-season finale against Auburn.

• Favorite class: language arts

• Favorite movie: “A Walk To Remember”

• Most recent book read/author: “Someone Like You”

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would invite, and what would you serve: I would take Misty May and serve French dips.

• Also noted: Bray maintains a 3.67 GPA and enjoys working out, hanging with friends and family, and going to church at Puyallup Foursquare.

ALEXANDRA GONDRY

AUBURN MOUNTAINVIEW

• Grade: Junior.

• Sport: Diving.

• Accomplishment: In just her first season in the sport, Gondry qualified for the West Central District diving competition.

• Most recent book read/author: “From the corner of his eye” by Dean Koontz.

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: Jesus, because I could ask him the questions of the unknown … we would eat vegetarian.

• Favorite movie: “O Brother, Where Art Thou?”
