Week 2

Seattle Seahawks (0-1) vs. Dallas Cowboys (1-0), Sunday, 1:05 p.m. on FOX

Seahawks storylines:

• Seattle’s Russell Wilson was one of five rookies to start at quarterback in Week 1, and though he didn’t match the fantastic debut of Washington’s Robert Griffin III, he was better than the other three rookies.

Andrew Luck of the Colts finished with a quarterback rating of 52.9, Miami’s Ryan Tannehill finished with a rating of 39, Cleveland’s Brandon Weeden had a rating of 5.1, Griffin had a rating of 139.9, and Wilson’s rating was 62.5.

• Leon Washington continues to be a big weapon for Seattle. Washington returned a kickoff 83 yards and a punt 52 yards Sunday, putting the team in great scoring position.

• Left tackle Russell Okung went down with a knee injury in the fourth quarter of Week 1, but it is just a bruise and not ligament damage. Okung is expected to play against the Cowboys.

Receivers Charly Martin, Doug Baldwin and Golden Tate are all dealing with injuries. Martin will miss at least two weeks, while Baldwin and Tate could both be back against Dallas.

• The Seahawks struggled with penalties again in Week 1. The team was called for 13, matching their highest total from last year – when they set a team record for penalties in a season.
