Left-handed starter Alex McBee went 1 for 2 and drew a walk for the Lions (1-2).

Meanwhile, Auburn suffered a 7-4 nonleague setback Monday against White River.

Outfielder Dillon O’Grady went 2 for 3 with a double to pace the Trojans (2-2).

Auburn Riverside also was shutout, 7-0, in a nonleague contest last Saturday against Kentridge at Safeco Field.
