Western’s Davenport makes GNAC All-Academic Team

Auburn Mountainview product earns honor for second straight season

Western Washington University volleyball player Alison Davenport has been selected to the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Volleyball All-Academic Team for the second consecutive season.

The 5-foot-11 junior outside hitter Alison Davenport, an Auburn Mountainview High School graduate, has a 3.39 GPA studying kinesiology.

To earn selection to the GNAC All-Academic Team, student-athletes must have a 3.20 cumulative grade point average or better, be of sophomore standing or better and be in at least their second season of competition. Per conference rules, freshmen, redshirt freshmen and first-year transfers are not eligible.
