Auburn Police blotter | Nov. 16

Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service, among many others, between Nov. 3 and 9:

Nov. 3

Fugitive from justice: 10 a.m., 101 Auburn Way S. Police arrested a guy at Safeway who was on the lam from Arkansas justice.

Theft from coin machine: 5:30 p.m, 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. Somebody pried open a vending machine and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.

Nov. 4

Prowling: 9 a.m., 3905 Auburn Way N. An unknown person got into one of Poulsbo RV’s vehicles overnight, vandalizing it in the process.

Nov. 5

Theft from motor vehicle: Overnight, 1400 block of Elm Street Southeast. A thief operating in the dead of night stole tools from a utility trailer.

Weapons offense: 6 p.m., 6200 block of Terrace View Lane. Some danged fool recklessly shot off a gun.

Nov. 7

Theft of dog: 4 p.m., 200 block of 15th St. SE. Somebody stole someone else’s dog from a back yard.

Nov. 8

Order to surrender weapon: 1:07 p.m., 31000 block of 123rd Lane Southeast. As court ordered, a man surrendered a weapon to Auburn Police Department.

Animal problem: 4 p.m., 3818 H St. NE. Police investigated a report of a dog running loose and threatening people on the street.

Nov. 9

Theft: Overnight, 10 block of 37th Street Northwest. A boat and trailer that been stolen in Auburn were recovered in unincorporated King County.

Shoplifting: 1:30 p.m., 1425 Outlet Collection Way SW. Somebody swiped tools worth an undisclosed amount of money from a business.

Robbery by firearm: 9:29 p.m., 6700 block of Lakeland Hills Way SE. Somebody robbed someone else with a firearm.
