Auburn Police blotter | Nov. 25

Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service, among many others, between Nov. 16 and Nov. 17:

Nov. 16

Postal theft: 4 p.m., 30000 block of 127th Place Southeast. Somebody swiped a package off a woman’s porch.

Marijuana: 10:16 a.m., 711 E. Main St. The powers that be at Auburn High School suspended a student, who will be charged with having the vegetative substance.

Shoplifting: 2:22 p.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. Three people yanked underpants from a store at the mall and got away.

Nov. 17

Theft: 11 a.m., 1521 D St. NE. Some thieving person stole a 40-inch, flat screen LED television from a room at the Days Inn.

Vandalism: 8 a.m., 100 block of 29th Street Southeast. Some yokel wielding a BB or pellet gun shot small metal projectiles at a residential window, damaging said window.

Shoplifting: 1:15 p.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. Five females stole dainties from Victoria’s Secret and got away with their crime.

Collision, property damage: 7:18 p.m., 500 block of Milwaukee Avenue North in Algona. A semi drove through a fence.
