Auburn is all wet, again.
The jet stream rediscovered the valley this week, bringing plenty of rain, warmer temperatures and urban and rural flooding to the area.
More rain is on the way this week with temperature possibly reaching 50.
Auburn usually receives 45 inches of rain per year. The U.S. average is 39.
