Traffic advisory, night work updates: West Main Street, South 277th Street

Starting Tuesday, May 16, through approximately Thursday, May 18, construction of the West Main Street Multimodal Corridor and ITS Improvements project will require nighttime lane restrictions on the eastbound and westbound traffic on West Main Street from West Valley Highway to the Interurban Trail from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. for construction activities.

The work is dependent on weather.

One travel lane in each direction on West Main Street will be maintained, but delays should be expected. Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be open during construction activities.

Starting Monday, May 22, through approximately Thursday, May 25, construction work on South 277th Street will require lane restrictions between Auburn Way North and D Street NE, and the right turn only lane on northbound Auburn Way North onto South 277th Street will be closed from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m.

The work is dependent on weather.

Signed detour routes will be posted on Auburn Way North and one flagged travel lane in each direction will be maintained on South 277th Street, but delays should be expected and alternate routes are advised. Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be open during construction activities.
