Auburn Little League All-Stars take tournament opener

Vicente Feliciano hit a leadoff home run and Andrew Berkley pitched two-hit ball over four innings, leading Auburn past Fife-Milton 6-5 in first-round play of the District 10 Little League All-Star baseball tournament at Sunset Park in Lakeland Hills on Saturday.
Auburn’s 11- and 12-year-olds plays Soundview in the second round at Sunset Park on Tuesday. The eight-team, double-elimination tournament continues through this Sunday.
Feliciano had two hits on the day. Berkley struck out six and went 3-for-4 at the plate, including an RBI, for Auburn. Colton Anardi pitched a solid sixth for Auburn.
Anardi, Dillon Butler and Logan Conner also drove in runs.
