Private school teacher allegedly assaulted student | Auburn police blotter

Alcohol offense: At 9:55 a.m. March 26 in the 700 block of East Main Street, a juvenile problem and alcohol offense were reported.

Fraud: At 1:43 p.m. March 26 in the 800 block of East Main Street, fraud was reported.

Assault: At 9:37 p.m. March 26 in the 52200 block of Kersey Way Southeast, an aggravated assault was reported.

Driving under the influence: At 7:39 p.m. March 26 in the 100 block of Cross Street Southeast, a female was arrested for DUI.

Hit-and-run: At 9:22 p.m. March 26 in the 3600 block of B Street Northwest, a hit-and-run was investigated.

Stolen vehicle arrest: At 11:38 p.m. March 26 in the 3300 block of Auburn Way South, two subjects were arrested for felony eluding, vehicle theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Found firearm: At 2:33 p.m. March 27 in the 300 block of East Main Street, a firearm was found and turned in to the police.

Vandalism: At 3 p.m. March 27 in the 6200 block of Terrace View Lane Southeast, vandalism was reported.

Juvenile arrested for vandalism: At 7:11 a.m. March 28 in the 12900 block of Southeast 312th Street, a juvenile male was arrested for vandalism.

Robbery: At 10:10 p.m. March 28 in the 4700 block of Auburn Way North, a person was robbed.

DUI: At 8:50 a.m. March 29 in the 500 block of B Street Northeast, a person was arrested for DUI.

Boys vandalize property: At 7:16 a.m. March 30 in the 500 block of 17th Street Southeast, there was a report that in the men’s restroom at a private school, a trash can was tipped over and its contents were scattered on the floor. In the women’s restroom, toilet paper was thrown into toilets and paper towels were soaked. The likely perpetrators were three or four boys who climbed the fence to gain access to the property. The boys were also seen in a classroom, but it appears they only took food.

Unlawful firearm possession: At 9:44 a.m. March 30 in the 1700 block of I Place Northeast, a male was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm.

Assault arrest: At 5:50 p.m. March 30 in the 1300 block of V Street Northwest, a female was arrested for assault.

Shooting reported: At 8:54 p.m. March 30 in the 1200 block of A Street Northeast, a shooting was reported.

Aggravated assault: At 10:29 p.m. March 30 in the 4700 block of Auburn Way North, an aggravated assault was reported.

Private school teacher allegedly assaulted student: At 12:30 p.m. March 31 in the 3300 block of Academy Drive Southeast, an alleged assault of a student by a teacher at a private school was investigated.
