About Pick-Quick Drive In

Pick-Quick Drive In was opened in Fife in 1949 by owners Jay Adolph and Henrietta Olsen and is still locally owned and operated today. The owners are Joe and Betty Burgi, Greg and Judy Burgi and Dan and Cindi Nelson. In 2008, Gerard Centioli from Seattle based Icon Inc. partnered with the Burgi and Nelson families to form Pick-Quick Development Company LLC to expand the restaurant to another location, set to open in Auburn on Feb. 1. The architecture of the new location is reminiscent of the Fife location and will include green elements. The Auburn menu will feature local, natural and sustainable offerings including fresh Washington beef, fresh potato fries and all-natural ice cream.
