Terreno Realty Corp. acquires Auburn building for $7.4 million

Terreno Realty Corporation, an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, acquired an industrial property in Auburn on April 21 for a purchase price of approximately $7.4 million.

Terreno Realty Corporation, an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, acquired an industrial property in Auburn on April 21 for a purchase price of approximately $7.4 million.

The property consists of one industrial distribution building containing approximately 67,000 square feet on 3.8 acres adjacent to State Route 167. The property, at 902 Fourth St. SW, provides 12 dock-high and seven grade-level loading positions and is 100 percent leased to three tenants.
