Cello player Tessa Goodwin, a senior at Auburn Riverside High School, has been invited to perform with the Auburn Symphony this weekend.

The ASO will kick off its concert series with “Sound the Trumpets,” with performances at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Both concerts are at the Auburn Performing Arts Center, 700 E. Main St.
