Aug. 25

Assault: 12:15 p.m., 29200 block of 58h Place S. A son beat on his dad.

Found property: 6:09 p.m., 6700 block of Stuart Avenue Southeast. Somebody found two laptop computers under circumstances undisclosed.

Aug. 27

Trespassing: 12:22 a.m., 5602 Auburn Way South. For whatever mischief the fellow was up to at the Muckleshoot Tribal College in the dead of night, he got the old 5-year-scram-and-don’t-come-back.

Burglary: 6:45 a.m, 308 West Main St. A would-be burglar cut a fence to slip into a business.

Shoplifting: 3:08 p.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. Three thieves thieved clothing worth an amount undisclosed from the Polo Store at the Outlet Collection Mall.

Theft: 7:26 p.m., 600 block of H Street Northeast. Somebody stole a U-Haul trailer from its rightful owners.

Aug. 28

Getting in the way of justice: 9:10 a.m., 202 N. Division St. A woman interfered in ways undisclosed at Auburn Regional Medical Center, and police arrested her for obstructing justice.

Felonious shoplifting: 5:37 p.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. Several purses formerly living at the Michael Kors store in the Outlet Collection Way up and ran off with a woman who failed to pay for them.

Aug. 30

Felony vandalism: Overnight, 2605 Auburn Way N. Somebody or several somebodies damaged 10 new vehicles in undisclosed ways in the wee, small hours of the morning.

Felonious eluding: 11:41 a.m., 1000 block of 14th Street Northeast. A woman tried to elude police after reportedly being involved in an attempted assault with a vehicle.

Vandalism: 5:29 p.m., 514 E. Main St. Police arrested a man for breaking a window, then he spat on an officer.

Aug. 31

Tool time: 6:48 a.m., 507 C St. SW. Somebody stole numerous tools worth an undisclosed amount of money from a vehicle parked at an Auburn hotel.

Burglary: 7:10 p.m., 47oo block of Auburn Way North. Burglars burgled items undisclosed from a construction site.

Theft: 2:59 p.m., 4026 A St. SE. An employee of 7-Eleven told police that a woman had made fake product returns to the business, netting her more than $800 in refunds.
