A World of Gliders at Museum’s Soaring Expo: 10 a.m.-5 p.m., March 5-6, Museum of Flight, 9404 E. Marginal Way S, Seattle. Exhibits include full-size gliders, radio-controlled gliders and the debut of a permanent display of the Museum’s record-setting Perlan I glider. Seattle-native Einar Enevoldson and adventurer Steve Fossett flew the Perlan I to a world altitude record for gliders in 2006. Lectures, movies and presentations are offered all weekend. If you need help with your taxes, free help is available in Auburn for those making less than $50,000 per year and those over 50 years of age. Help with Spanish and Tagalog speaking clients also is available. No appointment is necessary and agents will be available through April 15. Quality Tax preparation is provided by IRS-certificated, multilingual volunteers. This is a free service for households making less than $50,000; citizenship not necessary and electronic filling will be utilized for faster refunds. Those interested in the tax preparation assistance should bring all applicable tax forms and a bank account number (checking or savings) to have your refund directly deposited into your account.
