Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce announces move

The Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce has announced it will be moving to a new location.

The Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce has announced it will be moving to a new location.

As of Nov. 1, the chamber will have a new home at 420 E. Main St., in the heart of downtown Auburn.

The move comes after MultiCare Health System purchased the property at 25 Second Street Northwest to expand its campus.

“With the help of the City of Auburn we were able to find an ideal location,” said Julia Jordan, CEO of the chamber. “The property owned by the Parson’s is currently being renovated. We are so fortunate to be given the opportunity to find a property that will fit our growing needs in serving our businesses and the community.”

The new property features a conference room, a large board room, offices for staff and four office spaces available for lease.

“We are excited to be able to help start up and small businesses by offering affordable office space at $500-$750 per month,” Jordan said.

In addition to new carpet, paint and space allocations, the City has granted a facade improvement match grant for the exterior of the building.

The chamber is taking applications for the office spaces. Please contact sJordan at 253-833-0700 or auburnareawa.org.
