April 21

Credit card fraud: Overnight, 62000 block of Terrace View Lane. Somebody, somehow, somewhere obtained a man’s BECU credit card number and used it to buy $462 worth of unspecified goods.

April 22

Theft: 11 p.m., 2402 Auburn Way S. Convinced that two women at the Muckleshoot Casino had stolen another woman’s purse and the contents therein, police arrested those women for felony theft. Corrections officers later searched one of the women at the South SCORE facility and finding methamphetamines in her purse, added those to the woman’s legal difficulties.

Attempt theft of automobile: 11:30 a.m., 2108 B St. NW. Somebody trying to swipe a man’s car damaged it in some unspecified way in the process. The victim was at work and walked outside on break only to discover the harm the would-be thief had done.

April 23

Racing: 12:56 a.m., 2500 B St. NW. Police arrested 19 drivers and passengers for street racing down the long, lonesome stretch of B Street Northwest in the dead of night.

Theft: Overnight, 4401 D St. NW. Nefarious persons unknown broke the windows out of several semi trucks, stealing from one a portable GPS device worth an unspecified amount.

Vandalism: 4 p.m., 3902 B St. NW. Unknown suspects pulled out three exterior commercial air conditioning units to steal the copper tubing from inside the units and the copper leading to the building.

April 24

Trespassing: 12:20 a.m., 2402 Auburn Way S. Muckleshoot Casino authorities told one man he could not come in and advised him to leave forthwith or be arrested for trespassing. The man began walking, slowly, across the parking lot, screaming and yelling racial slurs at security and passing patrons as he went. He stopped, bellowed a few more racial slurs and threats, said he was not leaving and invited authorities to arrest him. The authorities complied, arrest him for trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Weapons offense: 12:59 p.m., 2802 Auburn Way N. Police arrested a man after they found him carrying a concealed weapon in a bar. During the contact the man claimed to be a non-commissioned police officer. Police later determined that the guy had participated in a citizen academy program, but was not really a police officer. Thus it was that the man bagged for himself an additional charge for second-degree criminal impersonation.
