Auburn teen invited to modeling and talent training center

Madi Schmeling, an Auburn High School student and varsity cheerleader, was recently recognized for her acting and modeling abilities and invited to attend IMTA (International Modeling and Talent Association) training in California come January.

Madi Schmeling, an Auburn High School student and varsity cheerleader, was recently recognized for her acting and modeling abilities and invited to attend IMTA (International Modeling and Talent Association) training in California come January.

IMTA has been the catalyst for such stars as Ashton Kutcher, Jessica Biel, Aaron Paul and Katie Holmes.

Schmeling and supporters have organized fundraising events to help send her to the IMTA experience, beginning with a fashion show at 7 p.m. Sept. 3 at Hello Gorgeous Boutique, 204 E. Main St. Admission is a suggested $10 donation. There will be prizes and raffles.
