On Friday, construction of the Annual Citywide Pavement Patching and Overlay project will restrict parking and have one-lane restrictions on 4th Street Northeast between A Street Southeast and R Street Southeast from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for pavement patching.

The paving work is scheduled to take approximately three days, however. The work is dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be open during after working hours, but offsite parking will be required when we cannot accommodate residents during construction of the pavement.
