The 2011 Arterial and Collector Pavement Preservation project is scheduled to begin construction activities on Tuesday, Sept. 6 at the intersection of West Valley Highway and 37th Street Northwest.

The work will be in the northbound lanes, north of the intersection. Lane restrictions will be effect. Traffic will be controlled using cones and flaggers.

On Wednesday, Sept. 7, construction activities will take place at the intersection of West Valley Highway and 15th Street Northwest. Work will be on the west side of the intersection. For both projects, working hours are from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During construction, road will remain open to traffic, but traffic will be reduced to one lane with alternating one-way traffic at times. The work is weather dependant. Traffic delays should be anticipated and alternate routes are strongly advised.
