The 2010 Arterial and Collector Pavement Preservation project is scheduled to begin construction activities on Wednesday on the West Valley Highway from 29th Street Northwest to South 287th Street. Construction is expected to last approximately two weeks. The work is weather dependent.

Northbound lane closures will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Southbound lane closures will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Traffic delays should be anticipated. Access to local business will be maintained during the construction.

The project will perform pavement patching on the street to repair damaged pavement.
