A woman in her mid-30s was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center with multiple traumatic injuries after she fell from the second-story deck of a residence at approximately 2:07 p.m. today, the Valley Regional Fire Authority reported.

The residence is located in the 11000 block of Southeast 290th Street.

Five VRFA firefighters and two King County Medic One paramedics stabilized the patient and drove her to Lea Hill Elementary where Airlift Northwest landed and then flew her to Harborview Medical Center.

Auburn Police Department also responded to the incident.
