Auburn’s Inner Icon Fitness moves into new location

Inner Icon Fitness, a four-year-old fitness studio in Auburn, is celebrating the grand opening of its fourth space in four years on Saturday. David and Wynter Weaver's business has grown every year they have been in operation, necessitating a move into a larger facility.

David and Wynter Weaver’s business has grown every year they have been in operation, necessitating a move into a larger facility.

“Due to our clients’ successes, we continue to grow. We have thrived because our clients have thrived; their results speak greater volumes than we ever could,” said David Weaver, Inner Icon owner and coach.

The grand opening celebration is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at their new location, 2002 W. Valley Highway N., Suite 100, Auburn. The public is welcome. Festivities include a brunch-style paleo potluck, a recipe swap, a “How to Love your Veggies” cooking and discussion panel, chair massages and raffle giveaways.

Founded in a home garage in 2009 by local 20-something couple David and Wynter Weaver, Inner Icon Fitness has grown beyond its humble beginnings and into its fourth space in four years; a 4,000-square-foot studio featuring an in-house massage therapist, kids’ playroom and open layout to cater to a growing client base. The Auburn-based studio has created a fitness community that caters to all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels through personal training, small group personal training and program design. Additionally, Inner Icon coaches clients in understanding the relationship between exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress to offer a complete package in helping them achieve their goals.
