Auburn’s Mark Papin, a team lead at FedEx Ground in Seattle, recently was honored by the company as a Purple Promise Award winner.

Of the more than 50,000 employees in the FedEx Ground and FedEx SmartPost network, Papin was among 27 recognized for far exceeding the expectations of their job responsibilities to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Papin was recognized at a banquet in Pittsburgh, home of the FedEx Ground headquarters, on April 10.
