Fire severely damaged a mobile home in the White River Estates area of south Auburn around 5:15 p.m. Thursday.

Firefighters from the Valley Regional Fire Authority responded to a report of a mobile home fire at 4248 A St SE. Firefighters arrived to find the home full of smoke and the kitchen on fire. They quickly extinguished the fire.

The home was evacuated prior to the arrival of firefighters. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.

The fire is under investigation.
