The Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties and the Remodelers™ Council honored 17 of its members – including Sockeye Homes of Auburn – at its recent Remodeling Excellence Awards banquet in Seattle.
Sockeye Homes was honored in the Outdoor Living Excellence category for its work on an entry porch deck valued at less than $40,000.
A judging panel, which consisted of local and national remodelers, media experts and architects, received a total of 59 entries for 20 categories. The submitted projects ranged from bathrooms less than $40,000 to whole-house, dream remodels more than $600,000.
Sponsored by the local chapter of the Remodelors™ Council, the REX Awards is an annual event that recognizes the best in local remodeling projects.
