The angry husband threw the family computer to the ground, damaging the monitor. He left before police got there because he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Police have forwarded the case to the prosecutor for review.

Theft from motor vehicle: 3:10 p.m., 1101 Supermall Way SW. An unknown suspect stole a GPS unit from a car parked at the Supermall. Police did not disclose a value.

Felony eluding: 10:56 p.m., 2100 block of I Street Northeast. A man fled 10.7 miles on a motorcycle from a traffic stop before finally stopping and fleeing on foot. A police dog located the runner and he was taken into custody. Police booked him into the Auburn Jail after doctors treated him at the Auburn Regional Medical Center for undisclosed injuries presumably related to his felonious flight from the law.

Assault of officer with aggravating injury: 10:45 p.m., 3900 block of H Street Northeast. When police contacted a possible suspect in an outside agency felony harassment case, the suspect refused to follow commands, told police to just shoot him and walked away. When an officer tried to arrest the suspect, he turned and began assaulting the officer, clawing at his neck and face and trying to gouge out the officer’s eyes. Police took him into custody for assault.
