Auburn police responded to the following calls for service between June 27 and June 30:
June 27
Theft: 11 p.m., 2402 Auburn Way S. A woman told police she had lost her wallet at the Muckleshoot Casino. When gaming agents checked the video, they beheld another woman swiping the wallet. Police did not disclose a value for the wallet.
Shoplifting: 7:10 a.m., 1156 Auburn Way South. Police arrested three guys for obstructing a police officer as the officer investigated a shoplifting incident.
Vandalism: 8:02 p.m., 1119 E. Main St. A male hurled himself through a plate glass window at Main Street Market, breaking said window and injuring himself in the process.
June 28
Theft from motor vehicle: 4 p.m., 600 37th St. NW. Somebody broke into a car and stole a gym bag from a vehicle parked in a lot of the Interurban Trail.
Traffic offense: 5:37 a.m., Lake Tapps Parkway Southeast. A man drove his vehicle into a Puget Sound Energy transformer box but fled before police could get there to make him answer for his misdeed. Police didn’t disclose a value.
Alcohol offense: 1:35 a.m., 440 16th St. NE. Police arrested a guy for possessing booze before he had reached the minimum age after he got himself involved in an exchange of fists and unhappy words in the parking lot of BB McGraws.
June 29
Shoplifting: 4 p.m., 1101 Supermall Way SW. Police arrested a male person for shoplifting shoes from Sports Authority at the SuperMall. Just how many shoes and what they were worth police didn’t say.
Theft from motor vehicle: 12:29 p.m., 4500 block of B Street Northwest. Somebody broke into a vehicle and stole a handful of change. Police didn’t say how much.
Theft: Overnight, 3500 block of Lemon Tree Lane Southeast. Somebody stole a 15-gallon flower planter from a residence.
June 30
Possession of drug paraphernalia: 12:20 a.m., 900 block of Auburn Way N. A passenger of a vehicle stopped for DUI was arrested after a glass pipe dropped from his lap while he was leaving the vehicle in which he had been riding.
