Paving will take place on M Street Northeast between 4th Street Northeast and 8th Street Northeast, and also near the intersection of M Street NE/Harvey Road. Paving will begin on Thursday (Sept. 24) through Friday (Sept. 25), weather dependent. This paving is part of the M Street NE/Harvey Road and 8th Street Improvements Project.

Short-term lane closures will occur during paving but access for residents and businesses within the project area will be maintained. Long delays should be expected.

No lane closures are expected to occur during the heaviest periods of traffic before 9 a.m. and after 3 p.m.
