Von Reichbauer reappoints Auburn resident to King County Women’s Advisory Board

King County Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer has reappointed Sheila Austria to the King County Women’s Advisory Board, serving in an executive at-large position for a three-year term.

King County Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer has reappointed Sheila Austria to the King County Women’s Advisory Board, serving in an executive at-large position for a three-year term.

“As a member of the King County Women’s Advisory Board, I believe Sheila has been and will continue to be a part of the solution to help improve and maintain the quality of life in King County.” said Councilmember von Reichbauer.

The King County Women’s Advisory Board (KCWAB) was established in 1978 to foster programs, legislation and policy changes around issues of concern to women and their families. It is a nonpartisan advisory board, with members appointed by the Council and the Executive.

Austria has been working for the United Way of King County for more than 10 years. She is currently an Account Manager in the Workplace Campaigns Department.
