CONSTANCE N. CROSS

Connie (nee Proctor) was born on the Fourth of July, 1919 in Grand Rapids, WI and passed away March 5,2009 at her home in Federal Way. While in nursing school in Nashville she met and married William Cross who was serving in the US Navy. They moved around the country until his service was completed and then moved to their home in Federal Way where they raised their two sons. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill and son, Bill Jr. Survivors include a son Charles, and his wife Faye of Kent, WA, a granddaughter Stacy (Mrs. Kelly) Mote, a great-granddaughter Kiernan of Peoria, Arizona,four step-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. She will be greatly missed.

At her request, no services will be held. Internment at Greenwood Memorial Park in Renton.Donations can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
