Neil W. Heckt

Neil W. Heckt, 78, of Auburn, Washington, died on August 19, 2015, after a long illness.

He was the beloved husband of Kay; father of James, Richard, Steve, Andrew, and Neil “Scottie”; and grandfather of seven.

He spent 34 years as an aerospace engineer at Boeing, and he worked as an inventor and entrepreneur all of his life.

The memorial service will be at Cascade Memorial in Federal Way on Friday, August 28 at 2 p.m. Flowers may be sent to Cascade Memorial, or in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
