Rose Evon Ellison

Rose Evon Ellison entered this life June 20, 1927. She entered eternal life on July 20, 2010. Rose Evon Wissbrod was born to Benjamin and Carrie (Kaya) Wissbrod, the sixth of nine children in Noonan, North Dakota. Rose became engaged to Alfred Ellison on December 17, 1947 and was married in Noonan, North Dakota on July 25, 1948. They have made their home in Auburn, WA since 1968. She is survived by her husband of sixty-two years, Alfred E. Ellison and her four sons, Leif (Lily), Roger (Anita Barreca), Guy (Brenda), and Eric and her grandchildren, Bjorn (Ethel), Clare (Tony), James (Niki), Drew, Bree, and great-grandchildren, Iliana, Lenora, Miles and Audrey. She also leaves behind sisters: Violet, Lois, and Donna, brothers Bob and Don, and many nieces and nephews.Rose was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. We will remember her for her patient spirit, the sparkle in her eyes and the love in her heart.
