The Auburn Mountainview boys notched their fourth straight South Puget Sound League 3A win on Friday with a 44-36 victory over Peninsula.

The Lions (4-0 league, 10-3 overall) were led by Aarun Rumbaugh’s game-high 16 points.

Keith Green added nine points and Nathan Bell and J.J. Lacey chipped in with six points apiece.

Peninsula (0-4, 2-12) was led by JaQuori McLaughlin’s 12 points.

Auburn Mountainview will travel to Decatur (2-2, 7-6) at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

ALSO: The Auburn Trojans remain on top in the SPSL North 4A with a 53-52 win over Mount Rainier at Auburn HIgh School on Friday. The Trojans (9-1, 10-4) were led by Harold Lee and Rio Paul who both contributed 12 points. JJ Ruffin chipped in with 10 points. Mount Rainier (6-4, 8-5) was led by Andro Benard’s 12 points. Auburn will host Kentlake (0-9, 0-13) at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. …Auburn Riverside (2-8, 4-10) notched their second SPSL North 4A win of the season on Friday with a 68-58 win over visiting Kentlake. The Ravens were led by Cody Crawford’s 16 points with Derek Brown chipping in with 13 points. Carson Stowell had a game-high 20 points for the Falcons. Auburn Riverside will travel to Kentridge (4-6, 7-7) at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. …Auburn Adventist (1-2, 5-5) earned their first Sea-Tac 2B Conference win on Thursday with a 50-48 home win over Crosspoint Academy (0-2, 3-9). Charlie Fletcher had 18 points for Auburn Adventist, with teammate Issac Jensen adding 10 points. Mike Cooper had a game-high 21 points for Crosspoint Academy. Auburn Adventist will host Bear Creek (3-0, 8-5) at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
