Auburn took apart Tahoma 49-14 in nonleague play Thursday night at Auburn Memorial Stadium.

The Trojans (2-0) travel to Decatur for a 4A North Puget Sound League Olympic Division opener this Thursday. Kickoff is 7 p.m. at Federal Way Stadium.

The Gators (0-2) are coming off a 33-7 nonleague loss to Mar Vista of Imperial Beach, Calif.

The Abes turned back the Lions in overtime Friday.

Sui Daniels threw for 182 yards and two touchdowns for the Lions (0-2). Talan Alfrey ran for two TDs and caught a third for the Lions. He also accounted for 12 tackles, nine of which were solo.

Alex Mcbee caught seven passes for 106 yards and two TDs for Auburn Mountainview.
