WIAA to provide live webcast of state girls swimming championships

The Washington Interscholastic Activities Association will present a live webcast of the Washington State girls swimming championships beginning at 9:45 a.m. Friday at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way.
The WIAA is partnering with When We Were Young Productions and PlaoyOn! Sports to offer a variety of state championship webcasts, beginning with the girls swim meet.
The broadcast of the state swimming championships willcover the entire swim portion of the meet. The broadcast will feature every preliminary race for each classification and will conclude with the team awards ceremony on Saturday evening.

For fans attending the state championship, the facility will open at 8:45 a.m. on Friday morning. Cost of entry for adults is $9 or $15 for an all-tournament pass. For students with a valid ASB card and senior citizens the price of admission is $7 or $10 dollars for theall-tournament pass.
