Auburn construction advisory: 116th Avenue SE from 319th St. SE to 318th St. SE

Construction of the Spencer Place project, which began July 3 and continues through Oct. 3, will require intermittent lane closures on 116th Avenue Southeast from 319th to 318th Street Southeast from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for utility installation.

Construction of the Spencer Place project, which began July 3 and continues through Oct. 3, will require intermittent lane closures on 116th Avenue Southeast from 319th to 318th Street Southeast from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for utility installation.

The work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction but delays should be expected. Alternate Routes are advised.
