June 2

Theft: 4:20 a.m., 5100 block of Frontage Road. An employee of a local truck rental company reported the thievery of an unlicensed dolly with related damage to a truck’s door lock.

June 4

Theft: Overnight, 3430 I St. NE. Somebody swiped someone else’s bicycle from an apartment complex.

Trespassing: 11:06 p.m., 1521 D St. NE. The Days Inn gave a misbehaving woman the left boot of fellowship, accompanied by a warning to stay away.

DUI: 8:18 a.m., 1000 block of 18th Street Northeast. Police arrested a dude for being in physical control of a vehicle when the mood- or mind-altering substance coursing through his frame indicated that he wasn’t even in control of himself.

Burglary: 6:30 a.m. 4300 block of A Street Southeast. Sometime between May 28 and June 4, somebody, or several somebodies in dishonest confederacy, broke into a business’ shed and ripped off landscaping tools.

June 5

Burglary: Overnight, 307 3rd St. NE. Somebody stole a laptop from a King County Housing Authority Office.

June 6

Burglary: Overnight, 25 37th St. NE. Burglars stole $6,000 worth of roofing shingles and inflicted $200 worth of damage on a chain-link fence surrounding a locked storage yard owned by Convey Inc. The company is in the process of moving to Kent.

Obstructing justice: 12:02 p.m., 100 block of 15th Street Northeast. Police arrested a male for obstruction of justice and resisting arrest

Theft: 1:30 p.m., 308 W. Main St. Thieves ripped off three generators from a local hardware store.

Theft: 2:30 p.m., 308 W. Main St. The owner of the hardware store just mentioned called to report the theft of lawn mowers during the last three weeks.

Indecent exposure: 5:05 p.m., 1100 Auburn Way S. Police arrested a man and woman for showing the world, oh, much too much of themselves at Les Gove Park.
