Oct. 12

Vandalism: 5:15 p.m., 2700 block of Alpine Drive Southeast. A man broke several screen windows trying to get into his mother’s house, so police arrested him for trespassing and malicious mischief.

Oct. 13

Theft: 10 a.m., 2118 A St. SE. Somebody stole a gas card from AC Moate Industries Incorporated and racked up fraudulent charges over several months.

Theft: 10:45 a.m., 1531 Auburn Way N. A man left his cellphone unattended at McDonald’s, and somebody stole it.

Burglary: 8 p.m., 3320 Academy Drive SE. Somebody got into a locked greenhouse at Buena Vista Elementary School and stole a riding lawn mower.

Oct. 16

Trespassing: 9:58 a.m., 801 Auburn Way N. Fred Meyer booted a very naughty woman – albeit of “very naughty” acts undisclosed – from the premises, from Starbucks and from its parking lot until 2020.

Trespassing redux: 1:18 p.m., 11 3rd St. NW. When U.S. Postal authorities had all they could take from this misbehaving bloke, they kicked him out of the Auburn facility, see, said don’t come back until 2021.

Dog rustler: 5:06 p.m., 3818 D Place SE. Somebody stole somebody else’s dog.

Vandalism: 1:17 p.m., 200 block of Pacific Avenue South. Somebody shot out a residential window, probably with an air gun.

Oct. 17

Burglary: 6 a.m., 1005 37th St. SE. A burglar or burglars broke into Gildo Rey Elementary School and stole undisclosed property.

Vandalism: Overnight, 1015 25th St. SE. A person or persons unknown damaged several outside doors at Cascade Middle School

Shoplifting I: 1:26 p.m., 1425 Outlet Collection Way SW. A man and a woman stole power tools from Coastal Farm Supply.

Shoplifting II: 3:38 p.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. Two thieves stole jackets from the Coach store in the Outlet Collection Mall.

Shoplifting III: 7:49 p.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. A man stole jackets from Marshalls at the Outlet Collection Mall.
