Auburn traffic advisory: 1st St. NE between Auburn Way N. and D St. NE

The 2010 Local Street Pavement Preservation project will perform evening/nighttime construction activities on Friday on 1st Street Northeast between Auburn Way North and D Street Northeast from 4 p.m. to midnight.

The 2010 Local Street Pavement Preservation project will perform evening/nighttime construction activities on Friday on 1st Street Northeast between Auburn Way North and D Street Northeast from 4 p.m. to midnight.

Construction activities also will take place Monday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at this same location.

During construction, 1st Street Northeast will be closed to westbound traffic and northbound Auburn Way North will be reduced to one lane intermittently. 1st St NE will remain open to eastbound traffic but delays should be anticipated. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers, to help with congestion.

This project will replace a portion of the water main on 1st Street Northeast.
